A man who cut his grass made the spooky discovery of a partially broken organism that the authorities have now identified as a man who was last seen from being released from imprisonment several weeks before, police said.
The body of Charles Warner Ingram, 43, was found last Friday in an agricultural property in Neshoba County, Mississippi, at approximately 1:45 pm, the man cut his grass, which was not publicly identified, “discovered a partially decomposed organism” not far from a road, according to the Sherifa office of the County of NeShoba.
The deputies of the Neshoba County Sheriff, the Neshoba County Forensic doctor and the officers of the Mississippi investigations office studied the area to obtain clues or evidence that would help identify the body after it was found before, on Wednesday, the authorities announced that they had identified the man and had been seen on August 16 at the Neshoba County Detention Center.
“The judge had recently released him by two breach that he appears through the Court of Justice of Neshoba, the authorities said Wednesday.” His imprisonment extended from July 13, 2025 until August 14, 2025 “.

Police said Ingram was released from the detention center around 2 in the afternoon of August 14 and that two days later, on August 16, he was caught in the camera walking towards jail and drinking water from the fountain before leaving on foot, traveling to the Highway 15.
The property where the body was discovered 15 days later is approximately half a mile west of the 15 highway in the bifurcation community in Mississippi, not far from where Ingram was the last scene on camera.
The Mississippi Forensic Laboratory was able to identify Ingram, who was from the nearby Philadelphia, Mississippi, through his fingerprints, police said.
The researchers are currently investigating the possible cause of death of Ingram and how it ended in the property where it was found, but the initial reports on the Police’s Ingram status after his body was found suggested that “he had been on the property for a prolonged period, possibly above.
